Special Notes for Equipment Returns
Before you return your equipment for service, have you:
When you are ready to return your equipment, please:
  • Complete the following RMA form
  • Ship the item in its original box
  • NOTE: A reboxing fee may be applied to items not returned in their original boxes
  • Carefully pack the item to prevent damage
  • Include your master disc for testing
  • Write the RMA number on the shipping label, NOT on the box
  • Include a note detailing the problems with your equipment or services to be performed
