Our Guarantee
CDROM2GO.COM guarantees all products and services performed. We shall replace any product that is deemed defective by reason of workmanship or materials.

Email Policy
We send promotional materials via e-mail to our existing customer base and to those who opt in to our email distribution list. We do not provide any customer information to third parties for any reason.

Customers will receive email notifications of special offers for as long as they are subscribed to the CDROM2GO email program. Customers may remove themselves from the list at any time with our Email Unsubscribe Form. If you are having difficulty in being removed from our list, please call us for further assistance.

Shipping
All shipping fees are calculated based on published rates provided directly to us by UPS. Orders received before 2:00 PM MST/Arizona will usually ship the same day.

Select products in our catalog are available with Free Shipping. Please see our Free Shipping FAQ Page for more information.

Anytime a customer re-directs their shipment from the original address given, the customer's credit card will be charged for this service. UPS charges for re-directed packages are:  $5.00 per box for ground shipments, and $10.00 per box for expedited shipments.

Payment Methods
We gladly accept cash, company check, cashiers check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our credit card processing is provided by VeriSign. The company name US Digital Media will appear on your credit card statement.

International Orders
CDROM2GO.COM gladly accepts international orders. We do not charge tax or duties. Please check with the appropriate government agency in your country if there will be any customs duties, taxes or fees upon arrival. Depending on the country in which you live, alternative payment methods may be required.

Warranties
We offer several warranty programs to fit your needs. Warranties need to be purchased within 30 days of the equipment purchase. See the full warranty list

Your receipt
An online receipt will be displayed as well as sent to your email address. Additionally, you will receive a hard copy receipt by mail with your order.
